The philosophy of Milestone Ministries is to help individuals and families celebrate significant milestones of life. This is done through special events with the church family and having these events communicated in our weekly bulletin.

Those who serve in this ministry have a passion for families and seeing them celebrate the major milestones in their lives. Those who serve in assisting with Baptism have a passion for hearing how people came to know Christ as their personal Savior.

Milestone Ministry Programs

Baptism - This church event is held 2-3 times a year in the Main Auditorium. It is held as a special service with personal testimonies, typically on a Sunday or Wednesday night.

Weddings - Weddings are performed at CFC throughout the year. Typically, rehearsals are conducted on Friday evenings and the wedding ceremonies held on Saturdays at 11:00 AM or 3:00 PM.

Children’s Dedication - These special events are held 2-3 times a year in our Chapel immediately following our third service. This is a special service typically for families and friends of those children being dedicated.

Church Bulletin - The weekly bulletin represents our primary communication vehicle for these celebrations. It is printed on Thursday mornings and collated on Friday mornings.

Volunteers Needed!!

Milestone Ministries has needs for volunteers in the following areas:

• Individuals to setup, welcome guests, hand out nametags, flowers, and certificates at special events.
• Individuals to usher, service refreshments, and clean up after events.
• Wedding coordinators to run rehearsals and assist pastors during the ceremony.
• Individuals to make copies of the bulletin and people to collate the bulletin.
• Individuals to assist the Senior Pastor’s Assistant with administrative tasks like typing, filing, coding library books and doing research.
