Gary Rock - Director of Ministries

Gary was born in LaSalle, Illinois but raised primarily in the State College, Pennsylvania area (Go Penn State!) where he first met wife Sandy at age 8. After high school, Gary moved to California and graduated from University of California, Irvine with degrees in both Mathematics and Information & Computer Science. Gary worked for Control Data Corporation in California until 1980 when he returned to Pennsylvania and married Sandy.

Through God’s leading, Gary joined the CFC leadership team as Director of Ministries in August, 2004. In this role, Gary assumes leadership and management of the Ministry teams, and will help develop leadership skills of the staff and volunteer leaders to ensure continued excellence at CFC. Gary was previously employed by Unisys Corporation for 24 years in executive management and leadership. His last assignment at Unisys was organizing a software development organization in support of a government contract with the Transportation Security Administration working in the Washington D.C. area.

Gary and wife Sandy have been blessed in marriage for 24 years and reside in Exton with their son Matthew. They have attended Calvary since January 2002 and have been members since January 2003. Their daughter Becky and her husband, Michael Degan also reside in the Exton area.

Gary loves being outdoors especially near the ocean or anything that vaguely resembles a golf course.
