The mission of the Production Arts Ministry is to create an environment that is conducive to becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Clear and effective communication of God’s Word is vital. Our technical teams provide support which enables this communication to happen each and every week. Our team works behind the scenes exercising their gifts to remove distractions so that the congregation can focus on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We strive to use technology and their gifts in a way that compliments the artistic excellence we constantly strive for. Production Arts ministries include technicians in the following areas: Audio, CD Distribution, Lighting, Slide, and Video teams.
CD Distribution
The CD Distribution team works with the audio team to make high quality recordings of our services to aid our congregation in their study and understanding of the Word. These recordings normally are given to friends, co-workers, shut ins, those suffering from illness, and family members. They are also great for personal or small group study.
Responsibilities:
-Edit audio file of service and create sermon files for web site and master discs for duplication
-Making copies of CDs by request
-Maintaining the CD production booth

Audio
Our audio techs have dedicated themselves to the clear presentation of scripture and worship each Sunday. They use their natural ear and technical ability to provide the best sound mix possible for our Sunday worship services and other events.
Responsibilities:
-Set up sound for rehearsal and mix sound for weekday worship team rehearsal
-Mix the Sunday morning rehearsal and services
-Tear down and put away equipment after last Sunday service
-Setup, run sound, and tear down for other events held in the worship center (conferences, dramas, musicals, etc.)

Lighting
The Lighting team is dedicated to providing a visual atmosphere that is conducive to worship. These techs are creative and very artistic using these talents in conjunction with theatrical lighting to help us visualize the grandeur of our great God. There are two roles on the lighting team: lighting tech and lighting designer.
Responsibilities:
-Position conventional lighting to light those people on stage for both live visual and video
-Program color changers and movable light fixtures to create the visual atmosphere
-Create lighting cues and run those cues for our Sunday morning services and other events
-Maintain lighting equipment

Video
Our Video team assists the congregation in being able to clearly see the things that are occurring on the stage through live video. This team consists of two positions: camera operator and video mixer.
Responsibilities:
-Works with the Slide tech to provide smooth transitions between live video and slide projections
-Video tech works with camera operator to get the live video shots that are needed to project the activities on the stage.
-Run camera and direct the video projection for our Sunday morning services and other events ________________________________________________________________________________________________
Slide
The Slide team is a vital member of our worship music and teaching ministries. Each week they are responsible for the timely transition of slides enabling clear communication of song lyrics, videos, and sermon reference material.
Responsibilities:
-Build the slide program and rehearse timing for the coming week’s service during the weekday rehearsal
-Advance slides on Sunday mornings
-Cue and run videos that are included in the service
-Build and run slides & videos for other events (conferences, dramas, musicals, etc.)
