Getting to Know Jeff, Kim and the Allem Family

Jeff and Kim (an MK from Latin America) met at Moody Bible Institute (so did Kim’s parents and grandparents!). Jeff was studying communications (with interests in radio and drama) and Kim was a Bible/Theology major (and very involved in music and singing with the chorale). Jeff and Kim were married in 1992, the same year that Jeff was called to serve as youth pastor at Leroy Community Chapel (LCC). In 1995, Jeff was ordained and began serving as senior pastor at LCC. He also pursued his master’s at Moody graduate school receiving his Master of Arts in Ministry in 2000. While in the pastorate, Jeff had opportunities to preach in Nicaragua, Mexico, Bolivia and China.

Jeff and Kim have 5 boys: Jeffery (12), Jesse (12), Austin (11), Calvin (6), and Quincy (3) and 4 girls: Raquel (9), Victoria (8), Clara (4), and Ada Louisa (2 ). They all love music and dream of having a band one day.

Little Known Facts – I hate snakes. I’ve flown in the Goodyear Blimp. I dream of doing a voice-over for an animated film.

Hobbies – Golf, soccer, downhill skiing, hunting and any water sport.

It’s our desire to lead and encourage the CFC family to impact thousands of people in Chester County and greater Philadelphia to a new and growing relationship with Christ. As we love one another and respond to God’s grace, the world around us will find healing and hope in our Savior. We look forward to deep friendships and having fun serving together.
