Mission & Vision

Our Mission

To Develop a community of men who are fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ and who will impact their families, CFC, the community, and the world with the Word of God.

An ever-growing number of men will seek to become more like Jesus Christ through relationship with other men (Proverbs 27:17), through equipping opportunities, through one-on-one discipleship, and through servant leadership in their home, church, office, and community.

Vision Elements:

  • A strong multi-faceted men’s ministry that fully supports the spiritual development of men from early believer through disciple.
  • A community of men’s small groups.
  • A community of men that are impacting the community through service.
  • A ministry that produces and reproduces leaders to engage in all aspects of CFC ministry.
  • An outreach to unsaved men.
  • A ministry that produces ministry leaders (e.g., Elders, Deacons, Ministry heads)
