MEN OF CALVARY
The number one challenge, goal, and mission of the CFC Men’s Ministry is to find practical ways to make the Bible real in lives of men today. We do this by looking for ways to strengthen men in their walk with the Lord, specifically by bringing them into fellowship with other men who will equip them, disciple them and train them so they can “be the church” in their homes, their workplaces, and in their community.
Increasingly in today’s society, more and more men are becoming isolated by the demands of their work and their family obligations…to the extent that they often let their friendships take a distant back seat. Invariably, the feedback that we get from men who do get “plugged in” is that they really appreciate the time they devote to being themselves (as do their wives), and finding that they share many of life’s issues with other men.
Men….we encourage you to join us. Most of the biblical foundations that we provide are through video-lead, multi-week programs that feature professional speakers which are followed by small group discussion with a focus on practical application, support and accountability.
In addition, throughout the year we also put on events such as a men’s breakfast, a men’s weekend conference, etc. We are also committed to service projects in the community as well as local and international mission trips.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” This Proverbs 27:17 verse symbolizes the vision of the Men’s Ministry at Calvary Fellowship Church. Come join us.

Men’s Fraternity II: Winning at Home and at Work
For most men happiness and satisfaction in life are locked in two words - work and home. These arenas absorb most of a man's time, talent, energy, effort, and creativity. This study will help you build (or rebuild) your confidence; expand your vision; develop successful life strategies; and improve your relationships with your family. We will offer this study next Fall (2012).
Men’s Fraternity III: The Great Adventure
Welcome to the Great Adventure! The third and last year of the Men's Fraternity series. If you are like most men, it's easy in the frenzy of constant pressure and relentless responsibilities to lose your way. When we do, a life-numbing routine often replaces life-giving dreams. And when it does, the adventure and excitement of what life means and where it's going becomes harder and harder to define. Can life be an adventure again? Absolutely! And over the next 20 weeks, you will not only find out how, but ways that are within every man's reach. Please join us Tuesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:45 am in rooms 104/106 starting October 4, 2011 for this study. Completing Men's Fraternity I and II is preferred but not required. The cost is $10 for the workbook!

The date and meeting time will be determined once we get the minimum number signed up.
